Alice specializes in medical and dental office sales and leasing in the Bay Area. In 2007, Alice was nominated for the ASVB Rookie of the Year Award and the Colliers International Rookie of the Year Award. She is actively involved with the Santa Clara County Medical Association and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. Her experience in the medical industry and her local knowledge have been a catalyst for her success at Colliers.

In 2009, Alice formed the Colliers Healthcare Services Team. She represents over a million square feet of medical properties in the Mid Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay. Alice works with major hospitals in the Bay Area, as well as clinics, medical and dental groups, and individual practitioners.

In 2010, Alice won the Silicon Valley Business Journal's Top 100 Women of Influence Award.

Alice is also an active real estate investor. She currently owns properties in California and Las Vegas, and is actively involved with a Real Estate Investment Development Program in the South Bay. Alice is fluent in Mandarin and also knows how to say “thank you” in 24 languages. Her language skills have helped build relationships with clients over the years.

A graduate form University of California, Davis, Alice received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. While at U.C. Davis, she sold CUTCO Cutlery for 3 years and was ranked in the top 5% of sales representatives in the company every year, winning the prestigious All-American Award twice and earring an induction into the Academy of Champions for sales performance.

Alice is involved with leading a young adult bible study at the Great Exchange Covenant Church in Sunnyvale. She also teaches baby sign language to toddlers and 2 year olds on Sundays at her church, takes ballroom dancing lessons, and has performed at the San Jose Dancesport Center. Alice’s parents live in Campbell, and she also has an older brother living in the East Bay.
