Cynthia Rotwein joined Colliers International in 1990 as a tenant's leasing and sales representative. Since being at Colliers International, she has been a part of the 80/20 Producers' club from 1990 to 1998 and the 90/10 Producers' club for the past three years. In 1997 she became a Principal of the company. Prior to joining Colliers International, Cynthia was affiliated with CPS, a Commercial Real Estate Company. At CPS, Cynthia was part of the "Top 5" producers club for years 1988 and 1989. Her specialty is providing commercial real estate transaction assistance and strategic real estate planning to high technology companies in the Silicon Valley. Cynthia represents Fortune 500 companies, start-up firms with venture capital seed money and established companies. Her deep commitment to her clients and their requirements, her attention to detail, and her market knowledge has resulted in many long-term relationships.
