Garry Cuff joined Colliers International in 2010 as Vice President of the Multi-Family and Investment Division. His distinguished career in real estate includes years working in acquisition and disposition of apartment complexes and condominium units, as well as land acquisition and development, and condominium conversions.
Garry’s knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry have given him the opportunity to work with such corporate clients as R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, Orion Residential, Creative Sales and Marketing, The Southland Corporation, The Wentwood Companies, and Claremont Companies. Garry has worked on transactions ranging from a $6,000,000 land acquisition to the sale of a $238,900,000 real estate portfolio.

Business and Educational Background
After graduating from Brigham Young University, Garry began his career in real estate in Orem, Utah. While working in Utah he successfully developed and marketed several multi-family projects and was involved in the planning and selling of a number of single-family residential subdivisions. He has represented building contractors, limited partnerships and LLC’s on both the acquisition and dispositions side.
In early 2007, Garry joined the Commerce Real Estate Solutions Las Vegas office in early 2007 as a Multi-Family and Investment Specialist. Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Garry was associated with NAI Horizon where he focused his practice on marketing large apartment complexes and land acquisition.
