Mr. Faulkner is currently a part of the Commercial Investment Group which focuses on the acquisition and disposition of Investment Real Estate. The CIG focuses on both national and local investment solutions. Nationally, Mr. Faulkner has access to high performing properties that are net leased long-term to investment grade tenants. Locally, Mr. Faulkner has extensive knowledge of the Bay Area Investment Sales arena and focuses on different investment transactions (size ranges & product types) throughout the region.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Faulkner wholesaled in excess of $900M worth of commercial and residential mortgages. In addition to this experience, Mr. Faulkner also has served as a Principal in multiple real estate investments. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Mr. Faulkner spent 2 years in Georgia playing minor professional hockey for an affiliate of the Phoenix Coyotes. Geoff currently lives in San Francisco with his wife Lisa and son Jackson.
