Terry Bell and Joe Elliott are the founders of Tenant Systems Group and have been teaming successfully for nearly 17 years, representing the interests of technology companies based in the Silicon Valley. The team has consummated millions of square feet of office and R&D transactions, and continues to manage several significant national assignments for their clients. Terry and Joe have created a balanced & synergistic team with a solid industry reputation, resulting in well positioned and educated clients. Background:
Joe Elliott is a native of San Jose and received his BS Degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern California. Joe has always emphasized the importance of the financial and strategic aspects of the business and contributes greatly to TSG in that capacity. Prior to joining Colliers International, Joe earned national honors as a Top Producer at Grubb & Ellis Co. in San Jose. Prior to that, he was a Top Producer at Cunningham Associates where he started his career in 1987. Joe lives with his wife Amy and son Matthew in Willow Glen.
