Ken began his real estate career in 1986 with ComCore Colliers International, now Colliers International Partnership, as an Office Leasing Specialist. In 1994, Ken joined PM Realty Group as the Director of Leasing for Northern California and was responsible for coordinating leasing services for institutional property owners throughout the region. In October of 1996, Ken rejoined Colliers to open the Oakland office. Throughout his real estate career, Ken has represented tenants and property owners in over 4.0 million square feet of transactions resulting in over $500 million in transaction value.
Personal Background
Born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1959. Graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. Degree in 1981. Completed Masters of Business Administration/Finance, Golden Gate University, 1986. Current affiliations include Old Blues Rugby Club, Beta Theta Pi Alumni Board, Guardsmen of San Francisco.
