   
Mike joined the Palo Alto office of Colliers International in December, 2001 as a veteran of the brokerage industry and with a strong focus on the Peninsula market. During his tenure to date with Colliers, Mike has been involved with +/-1 million square feet of sales, leasing and consulting assignments with a value in excess of $100 million.
Mike specializes in the sale and leasing of R&D, office, and industrial properties on the San Francisco Peninsula. Mike possesses a depth of market knowledge and experience, and his expertise has proven a great benefit to his clients. One client recently wrote, "I strongly believe that the transaction was successful due to (Mike's) diligent efforts. The level of attention I recieved was exemplary".
Mike's clients have included prominent local technology firms, start-ups, and national manufacturing concerns. He has also successfully represented various non-profit organizations on highly challenging facility acquisition and disposition assignments.
Personal
Mike holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley. An avid open-water swimmer, he regularly competes in ocean races. Mike also enjoys kayaking and cycling. Mike was raised in Palo Alto, and is active in the local community. He currently serves as a Director on the boards of a number of non profit groups involved in education and the arts, and has been appointed to several financial oversight commissions within his local school district. He also coaches youth sports.
