Mr. Tong specializes in the leasing and sales of office properties in the East Bay. His emphasis has been in representing developers and tenants in the sale, purchase and leasing of their projects. Mr. Tong believes in building relationships with clients and will take the time to fully understand their needs and desires. His experience in the market and the relationships he has developed give him first-hand knowledge of political climates, assessments and water districts and traffic mitigation plans. This knowledge can influence a deal, giving Mr. Tong the necessary qualifications when representing each client.
