The Fairfield office of Colliers International opened in May of 1998. Although new to Colliers, the Solano County office has been in operation locally since 1985. The office covers Solano, Napa and Contra Costa Counties. Colliers is currently the only national real estate firm with a staffed/full time presence in the Solano and Napa County marketplaces.
The office is consistently the most active office in the Solano County market. Average tenure of our brokers is in excess of ten (10) years. Annually, our transaction volume averages approximately 2,000,000 square feet of building inventory leased or sold and in excess of one hundred acres of business park land sold.
