Oakland, CA - Zinus Inc.signed a lease for ±116,017 square feet at 1951 Fairway Drive, San Leandro in the Fairway Industrial Center. This facility will serve as their new Northern California headquarters for the mattress and bedding distribution company. Zinus will be expanding into ±116,017 square feet from their smaller ±47,878 square foot warehouse located at 30799 Wiegman Road in Hayward.
This transaction is one of the largest leases completed in the entire East Bay Area year-to-date and is one of only two industrial lease transactions greater than ±100,000 square feet in 2013.

This facility provides an excellent opportunity to accommodate Zinus’ current and future expansion needs.”
The building features ±22,000 square feet of two-story office area, a large exterior covered dock loading platform, ample employee parking and truck staging areas as well as a large yard. The stand-alone Fairway Industrial Center totals ±288,000 square feet and the remaining ±38,638 square foot space is available for lease.
