Parrish, Inc., the organization joined forces with Colliers, becoming an independent owner and taking the name Colliers Parrish International.

In 1998, that philosophy led to the merger of Las Vegas based Stuart-Mixer Commercial with Colliers Parrish International. Once again, a name change was in order.
