Walnut Creek, CA - The former ZGallerie building in downtown Walnut Creek has been leased to PatioWorld and is now open for business. PatioWorld, previously located in Lafayette, signed a 5-year lease for the 8,778 sf building. Walnut Creek, CA – After a comprehensive search and evaluation of potential candidates for the position, Colliers International announced yesterday that Brooks Pedder has been hired as the managing partner of the Walnut Creek office and will be responsible for the continued success and growth of the commercial brokerage activities along the northern I-680 corridor.

Pedder, who has been working as the interim managing partner for the past few months, has been in commercial real estate for 25 years. He joined Colliers International as the managing partner/founding member of the Fairfield office in 1997 and his focus has been on arranging industrial and office deals in Solano and Contra Costa Counties. Pedder has leased or sold ±40,000,000 million square feet of office and industrial space in the last 25 years.
